Whistleblowing Procedure
Oil and Gas Services is committed to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct. This procedure allows staff to raise concerns about wrongdoing, malpractice, or unethical behaviour in confidence.
What can be reported?
- Health and safety violations or risks
- Financial fraud, bribery, or corruption
- Environmental breaches or damage
- Breach of legal or regulatory obligations
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
- Misuse of company resources or assets
- Any other serious misconduct or unethical behaviour
Your protection
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Staff who raise concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation, victimisation, or any form of detriment. You may submit a report anonymously if you prefer.
What happens next?
Report received
Your report is received securely and acknowledged within 5 working days.
Initial review
A designated officer reviews the concern and determines the appropriate course of action.
Investigation
Where warranted, a confidential investigation is conducted by an independent party.
Outcome
You will be informed of the outcome to the extent permitted by confidentiality obligations.
